Your adventure will start as soon as the RV Makara Queen set sail from Bagan. Take time and get used to the cruise, and do not hesitate to ask the friendly staffs about your concerns. It is an unfinished monument stupa in Mingun and there is a very interesting reason which can be asked from the tour guide. 1. If there is any changes regarding schedule, itinerary or times, RV Makara Queen will change at short notice. The cruise reserves the right to cancel or pospone up to 30 days before departure. Whenthe water level is too high or low, passengers will be offerd with alternative itinerary.
2. All quoted prices, invoices and receipts will be given in US dollar.
3. 10 percen service charge and 5 per cent government tax will not be include in all rates.
4. Passengers will take the responsibility for loss of baggage, money, and other personal items.
5. The cruise has the right to introduce a fuel surcharge whenever there is an increase in fuel price during the trip.
6. It is recommended for elderly clients and pregnant travelers to consult their doctor to ensure they are fit to travel.
7. The manager and the crew will try their best to ensure that there is no change happens because of weather, mechanical difficulties or unexpectied situations.
8. The policies is apply for both direct bookings and bookings through sales agents.
9. 30 days prior to departure time, cruise tickets must be issued. Passengers will not allow to board the cruise without the ticket.
10. Bookings cancelled because of extreme weather will not be refunded.
11. All passengers are required to board the cruise at least 30 minutes before departure.
